The Cecil Guesthouse

The Cecil Guesthouse c1904 is the longest continuously running guesthouse in the Blue mountains. Good old fashioned accommodation peacefully nestled in an acre of gardens in the centre of Katoomba.

The Cecil, often described as "just like grandma's house", sums up the warmth, friendly service and relaxed homely atmosphere which is unique to The Cecil bringing people back again and again.

Just beyond the end of the drive find cafes, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, trains 500m and buses 300m (tour and local services). 29 local attractions are all within a 1-3 km radius including 3 Sisters, Scenic World, Giant Stairway, The Edge Cinema etc. Slightly further afield are Wentworth Falls, Blackheath Grand Canyon, Zigzag Railway and Jenolan Caves.
