Our rooms are truly beautiful. They are all air-conditioned and heated for comfort, are all painted funky happy colors. Each room boasts coded doors which means greater security for you without the hassle of key deposit. Isn't that a pleasant change?
In-house we have a funky lounge bar and cafe. We even have movies by the pool and in our bar every night! It's a nice place to relax, read a book or chat to that new friend. The Friendly Backpackers provides healthy meals, groovy tunes, happy staff, and a relaxed setting and you are provided with a cocktail that is the perfect atmosphere to chill, meet new friends, or celebrate the return of successful tour.
Just a stroll from town and all of Alice's attraction and remember we pick up and drop off at the airport, bus or train and all our tour companies pick up or drop off at our door
We also run the immensely popular Mulgas Adventures tour company. Mulga's Tours leave Alice Springs 7 days a week for just $250!! Our fun filled 3 day trip includes King’s Canyon, Kata Tjuta (the Olga’s) and Uluru (Ayers Rock) for all those wanting to experience the Red Centre it's a must!!
